What we offer

Role-specific AI training

Hands-on workshops for a department or role: what today's tools do well, where they fail, and how to use them safely in that team's real work.

For marketing, operations, people teams, management, product and engineering.

Workflow and adoption assessment

We map how the work gets done, find where AI could help, and set out the limits, costs, risks and readiness of each opportunity, so you can decide what is worth doing.

For leadership and operations teams deciding where to start.

Prototyping and AI integration

Scoped technical work: agents, tool integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, built with evaluation, human oversight and maintenance in mind.

For product and engineering teams with a concrete use case.

Marketing and creative workflow sessions

Practical sessions on AI in content, campaign and creative production, with attention to quality control, originality and review.

For marketing, communications and creative departments.

How an engagement works

  1. Discovery. A first conversation about your team, your goals and your constraints.
  2. Written scope. A short proposal: what we will do, for whom, how long it takes, what it costs and how we will judge success.
  3. Workshop, assessment or pilot. Delivered as agreed, with materials your team keeps.
  4. Follow-up. We check the results against the measures we agreed at the start.

Who does the work

Engagements are currently designed and delivered by the Forum's founder, Alex Andrushevich, a software and AI engineer who builds open-source Model Context Protocol tooling, including MCP Framework.

The Forum is new, so there are no client case studies to show yet. If a project needs other specialists, we will tell you who they are before any work starts.

AI literacy and the EU AI Act

Article 4 of the EU AI Act deals with AI literacy among the staff of organisations that provide or use AI systems. It has applied since 2 February 2025 and was amended in 2026. Training is one of the ways organisations support it.

Our workshops are not a certification, and they do not replace legal advice. For what the rules ask of your organisation, read the current text of the AI Act and the European Commission's AI literacy questions and answers.

Pricing

Every engagement is scoped and priced individually after a first conversation. We do not publish fixed prices.

Kept apart from the community

Training and consulting are paid services offered by Alex Andrushevich. Sending an enquiry does not add you to any mailing list, and joining the community never leads to a sales follow-up.

Tell us what you need

We reply by email. A rough idea is enough; you do not need a finished brief.

A few sentences is enough: the team, the situation and what a good outcome would look like.
